Almond bread

I haven’t had bread or crackers or anything resembling the two in 6 days and today I decided I needed something bread-like and set off to google for a recipe and I found this one. It looked easy enough and I had all the ingredients… except for the right sized bread pan. But I wasn’t about to let that deter my desire for bread so I used a regular loaf pan and baked it for 30 minutes, checked it, and then baked for another 10 minutes.

The verdict? It’s pretty tasty. Not the type of bread you could use for a sandwich (probably because my pan was too large, which made my bread flatter), but very tasty with butter. I’ll be making this one again!
