I’ve been doing the diet for a week now semi-successfully. Semi-successfully because I still put cream in my coffee, I haven’t been able to find or make an SCD legal salad dressing, and I ate 2 mini Cadbury Eggs on Wednesday. Oh, and I ate marinated chicken and white rice. Okay, so maybe I’ve cheated a lot.
Has it helped? No. At least not yet. I haven’t been able to figure out what’s causing my GI issues.
