Post-swim snack

I’ve recently started doing pool workouts and have struggled to find something to eat afterward. I’m starving. Scratch that. I’m so ravenous that I’m shaking. Protein shakes are ok, but rather than make that, I thought I’d have some of the whole wheat banana bread I made earlier this week.

So I took a slice, added peanut butter (protein!) and a few chocolate chips. So tasty and kept me full until breakfast.
